Built for Wedderburn ATRIA
WooCommerce ATRIA / Wedderburn POS integration
Connect Wedderburn ATRIA to WooCommerce so products, prices and stock come from ATRIA, online orders and customers go back to it, and loyalty points work in store and online.

What the ATRIA connector does
The connector links ATRIA Manager, the back office behind your scales and POS, to your WooCommerce store.
Your team keeps working in ATRIA, and the website follows.
Products and stock
Products straight from ATRIA
Set a product up once in ATRIA and it appears online. Your team keeps working in ATRIA, and WooCommerce stays in sync.
Only products ticked Send to E-commerce in ATRIA are sent to the website, so you choose what is sold online. New products appear on the next sync.
Name, category, online description, ingredients, storage, country of origin, product image and kg or each pricing can come from ATRIA when the product is created.
Products set up with options in ATRIA, such as different pack sizes, come across as choices customers can pick on the website.
Stock on hand is added up across your ATRIA inventories and updated every 15 minutes by default, so the website is not selling from old stock numbers.
Prices and specials
Prices set once, in ATRIA
The price on the shelf, on the scales and on the website comes from the same place.
The online price follows the store price in ATRIA, so a price change at the counter reaches the website on the next sync.
Override the online price in ATRIA’s e-commerce tab, for example to cover the cost of picking and packing.
Set an RRP above the online price in ATRIA and the website shows the item on special.
Weighed products are priced per kg online, and the order goes back to ATRIA with the weight the customer chose.
Orders
Online orders, straight to the counter
Orders arrive in ATRIA as soon as they’re placed, with everything your team needs to pick and pack them.
The customer, pickup or delivery method, chosen time slot, each item with its PLU and kg or each quantity, plus notes like sauce, dressing or cut.
Time slots, cut-offs and delivery suburbs come from our pickup and delivery plugin, and the customer’s choice goes to ATRIA with the order.
Discount codes show as their own line in ATRIA, and prepaid deposits are recorded against the order.
When staff mark the order as filled in ATRIA, WooCommerce completes the order and notifies the customer.
Christmas pickup orders sent to ATRIA with a 50% deposit already paid.
CJ’s Gourmet Butchers, Ocean Reef WA.

Customers and loyalty
One customer, one points balance
Customers are recognised the same way at the counter and online.
New online customers are added to ATRIA with their details and customer group, matched by email so nobody is added twice.
Customers can join your loyalty program with one tick at checkout and get a barcode to use in store.
Their online account shows their barcode, points balance, history and what their points are worth.
Points earned in store show online, and customers can redeem points at checkout.
Loyalty points shared between the shops and the website.
Boococks Quality Meats.

Multi-store
One ATRIA system, several stores
For butchers, delis and fresh food retailers running more than one shop on the same ATRIA system.
Each online order carries the store it belongs to, so it appears at the right counter.
Staff can filter online orders by store in ATRIA, a feature Wedderburn added for the connector.
With our Multi-Store add-on, each shop can have its own opening hours and pickup times.
Two stores on one ATRIA system, with each order sent to the right store.

Setup and support
Set up properly, and looked after
The connector is a WooCommerce plugin we built and support, with the tools your team needs day to day.
A log in WordPress shows what was sent and when, and your team can run a sync from the settings page.
We connect to Wedderburn’s test environment first and run orders through end to end before anything goes live.
Hosting with PHP 8.1 or later, and your ATRIA system set up to allow secure TLS 1.2 connections. We check both before we start.
Your team gets a user guide for ATRIA Manager, plus our online documentation for connector settings, field mappings and the sync log.

The process
How we set it up
Setup usually takes a few weeks.
You are involved at each step, and we work with Wedderburn where ATRIA needs setting up.
Fixed quote before we start
-
01
Check your ATRIA setup
We look at what you run: ATRIA Manager, ATRIA POS, Digi scales, inventories and how many stores, because that decides what can sync.
-
02
Choose what goes online
Your team ticks Send to E-commerce on the products to sell online and adds photos and online descriptions in ATRIA.
-
03
Connect on a test copy
We connect a test copy of your WooCommerce store to Wedderburn’s test environment, so nothing touches real customers or real money.
-
04
Test with your team
We run test orders through to the counter with your staff, including pickup, delivery, weighed items, deposits and loyalty.
-
05
Launch and train
We switch it on, watch the sync log in the first weeks, and your team gets documentation for the day-to-day workflow.
