The challenge

Selling meat online is the easy part. Running a group is the hard part.

Boococks was moving off a simple Weebly/Square setup into a serious ecommerce operation — while preparing to open new stores beyond its original Sunshine Coast location. A standard online shop couldn't carry that.

The real complexity wasn't the catalogue. It was connecting store operations, local delivery rules, product availability, customer communication and POS data into one practical workflow that could grow with each new location.
