Jaggards is a well-established Australian precious metals retailer with a strong brick-and-mortar presence and a reputation built on trust, compliance, and price accuracy.
They were previously operating on CoreDNA, but as the business evolved the platform became a constraint – limiting flexibility, slowing down iteration, and making deeper integrations (pricing, compliance, ERP workflows) harder than they needed to be.
Jaggards engaged EUX Digital to redesign and rebuild their eCommerce experience on WooCommerce, creating a modern storefront with a scalable architecture designed for high-trust transactions. The project focused on improving the customer journey while enabling the backend capabilities required for real-time pricing, identity verification, fraud reduction, and operational automation – without sacrificing speed, usability, or maintainability.

The UI design phase focused on translating a complex, compliance-heavy purchasing journey into a clean, intuitive, and confidence-inspiring user experience.
We delivered the design in two structured stages mobile-first, followed by desktop ensuring usability and clarity across all devices. The final output included a scalable design system that could be reused across future site sections and feature releases.

Custom BronID KYC Integration
Real-time identity verification using BronID APIs to validate customers via:
- Passport
- Driver’s Licence
- Medicare
This integration ensures compliance with AML and anti-fraud regulations, while keeping the onboarding process fast and user-friendly.
Custom Microsoft Business Central API Integration
A custom, bi-directional integration with Microsoft Business Central 365 using Power Automate endpoints:
- Real-time inventory synchronisation
- Customer data sync
- Order creation and status updates
This ensures operational consistency between online sales and internal systems with minimal manual handling.
TopSMS Custom 2FA Development
A bespoke SMS-based 2FA system developed using the TopSMS API to enhance security during:

Custom Authorise Payment Gateway Development
