👤 Customer records are synced from WooCommerce to Business Central, ensuring a complete customer history across platforms.

When a new customer places an order through your WooCommerce store, their contact details, billing and shipping addresses, and order history are automatically created or updated in Business Central. This ensures your ERP has a comprehensive customer database, useful for invoicing, reporting, and customer service. Returning customers are recognised and matched accurately, preventing duplicate records and streamlining future transactions. With synchronised data, your sales, support, and accounting teams all have access to the same up-to-date customer information.

🛒 Product data is centrally managed, including pricing, visibility, and attributes, so changes in Business Central are reflected immediately on your WooCommerce storefront.
